Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Your service will continue for the week, but it will be provided on a different day than your regular service day. We'll inform you ahead of time about the specific day when we'll be coming. The following week, your service will resume on your usual service day. 

We plan to be there as scheduled, but in the case of heavy rain or other severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your service to your next service date. If that happens, we will let you know ahead of time about the change. 

Please ensure that your lawn is kept trimmed to a short length and free of any leaves or debris. This helps us to effectively maintain your lawn. If we are unable to see the entire lawn clearly, we may not be able to provide our usual level of service.

If you provide us with at least 24 hours notice, you are welcome to pause your service at any time.

To ensure the safety of all, we won't enter your yard if a pet is left unattended. Before we arrive, you'll receive a text notification to let you know we're on our way. 

Most of our clients opt for our weekly service, but we understand that every lawn is different. That's why we offer various pet waste management solutions, including one-time cleanups, to meet your needs. 

For safety reasons, we are not able to climb or jump over fences. To ensure that we can access your lawn on the day of service, please have your gate unlocked. If you prefer, you can provide us with a key to the lock for your convenience. 

If we miss cleaning up on the scheduled service day for the first time, we will waive the charges for that day and contact you to address the issue. However, if it happens again in the future, our regular fees will apply. It's important to note that if we miss a day, there will be more pet waste to clean up on the next visit. 

We don't require our customers to sign any contracts. When you initially sign up for our pet waste removal service, you'll pay for four weeks in advance for your services.  Thereafter, you'll be billed every four weeks. You have the flexibility to cancel the service at any time, and any services that you've paid for during that current month will still be completed. In addition to our regular service schedules, we also provide a one-time-only service option for clients who prefer a single scooping without committing to a recurring schedule. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds. We require payment for four weeks in advance to better organize our schedule for the coming weeks. However, if you're not satisfied with our service, we want to make it right. Please do not hesitate to let us know of any concerns, and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We package and seal the waste before placing it into your garbage bin. 

We are able to work even if you are not at home. We only require access to your yard to complete our services.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but our service routes and schedules are set and may not allow for the accommodation of specific scheduling requests. However, we value your needs and are open to discussing any special service date requests that you may have. We will do our best to work with you to explore any possible exceptions to our standard service schedule. 

Our main area of specialization is providing services for dogs in residential homes. Additionally, we are well-equipped to offer our services to various other areas, including parks, golf courses, condominium and apartment complexes, and businesses. 

Certainly! We kindly request that you inform us beforehand of any anticipated delays in service, along with the expected duration of the delay. Please note that there is no additional charge for delaying the service. However, if the delay results in a buildup of waste, a one-time clean-up fee may be charged to accommodate the extra waste. Thank you for your understanding. 

We provide services in several locations, including but not limited to Surprise, El Mirage, Youngtown, Waddell, Sun City, Sun City West, Peoria, Litchfield Park, select areas of Buckeye, as well as select areas of Glendale and Avondale.
